An Employee's husband came into the Club with a gun
Due to inadequate security at Pinecrest’s Stir Crazy Lounge a man was shot and as a result of the shooting has filed a civil suit against the strip club, claiming it had inadequate security at the time of the shooting.
Mitchell, Panter, An attorney for Jarrett McNeal said his client was an innocent bystander who was in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
Jarrett McNeal, 22, was shot while seated at a table with Stripper Nicole Cox. Cox’s husband, Cameron entered the building at about 2 a.m. brandishing a firearm. Several blasts later, Nicole was dead, and McNeal had been shot in the arm.
McNeal was transported to Deering Hospital and released later that day.
The suit contends that McNeal suffered bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, mental pain, emotional distress loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, medical costs and the loss of ability to earn money.
