In recent years we have seen an abundance of airplane crash cases ranging from the tragic crashes of jumbo jets to the loss of life in smaller single engine planes. As time goes on, the need to travel will increase and the use of airplanes will continue to rise. So too, unfortunately, will the amount of crashes and deaths from negligence in the maintenance and operation of aircraft.

Brett A. Panter is a Commercial Pilot with Airplane Multiengine and Single Engine Instrument Airplane Ratings. He is also a United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Pilot . Brett Panter has over 2,000 hours of flight time and has been flying for more than 22 years. This experience will enable Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A. to provide a unique insight into the representation of their clients in airplane litigation claims.
