MITCHELL J. PANTER: We're a very family-oriented law firm here at Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A.. I've been working with my brother Brett for more than 20 years. David Sampedro's been associated with the firm for more than ten years. Our goal at Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A. is to resolve the client's case as quickly, efficiently, and easily as possible for the client.
We handle all kinds of negligence cases, whether it's medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, product liability, or slip-and-fall cases.
As soon as a case comes in the door, we look at it as if it's going to go to trial, whether it's exhibits, medical records, reports, bills, diagrams. We have the resources and the ability to gather those tools to prosecute the case appropriately and efficiently for our clients.
There's a book called The World is Flat. And it truly is. With today's modern technology, we can handle cases from all over the state, the county, the country, and the world.
We spend a great deal of time, effort, and energy on communicating with the clients. One of the biggest problems or complaints the clients have is a failure to communicate with the lawyer. We try to resolve that problem early on. Copies of letters, telephone calls, emails, faxes all go to the client so they're fully advised of their case.
