DAVID SAMPEDRO is a trial attorney whose practice primarily focuses on catastrophic injuries, automobile negligence, premises liability, pharmaceutical negligence, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and products liability. David Sampedro has been repeatedly recognized by his peers as one of the Best of the Bar as published by THE SOUTH FLORIDA BUSINESS JOURNAL; he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum; a Past President of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Dade County Bar Association; and a perennial speaker and writer on an array of legal topics in his area of expertise.
