Mr. Joshua L. Wintle first joined Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A., in the summer of 2007 as a law clerk. He held that position throughout his last year of law school, during which time he lent his legal research and writing skills to a variety of cases. After a brief hiatus spent studying for the Florida Bar Exam, subsequently passing the Florida Bar, and being admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Mr. Wintle rejoined Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A., as an attorney. His interests and skills span all areas of our firm's practice, and he is involved in all aspects of litigation throughout those practice areas.

Mr. Wintle has earned an advanced degreed in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida. Prior to his study of law, he used his technical knowledge as a computer programmer and analyst for the largest privately owned retail company in the United States.

Mr. Wintle is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. While there, he was a member of both the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and the esteemed legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Wintle's accomplishments include recognition on the Dean's List and his receipt of both the Dean's Certificate of Achievement and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Internet Law.
