David Sampedro is a trial attorney whose practice primarily focuses on catastrophic injuries, automobile negligence, premises liability, pharmaceutical negligence, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and products liability.  David Sampedro has been repeatedly recognized by his peers as one of the Best of the Bar as published by The South Florida Business Journal; he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum; a Past President of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Dade County Bar Association; and a perennial speaker and writer on an array of legal topics in his area of expertise. He was recently named to Florida Trend's 2006 Florida Legal Elite, a select group compromising the top 2 percent of lawyers practicing in Florida. Mr. Sampedro has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and recently was lead counsel in a case which resulted in a $2 million recovery for a client seriously burned when an explosion occurred as a result of inadequate ventilation.  His ability to speak Spanish fluently is instrumental in directly explaining to Hispanic client's the judicial process throughout the course of litigation.
